STEP01
Apply for reservation Reservation-only site（https://reserve.rentalcampingcar.com/en/）
- Before applying, please be sure to check the vehicle model, equipment, rental fee, cancellation policy, other fees, and rental terms and conditions.
- If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Access the reservation website
Please access the reservation website from the “Reservation button.”

Select your desired conditions from the availability search
Please update the calendar by entering your desired departure and return dates and times under “Search Availability.” After selecting the departure and return locations, click “Select Vehicle.”

Select your desired vehicle type
Select the vehicle you want from the available options and click “Select options.”

Select your desired option
After selecting the option you want, click “Enter customer information.” For details about the compensation system, please see the following page.

Select your discounts and promotions here.

Member registration
If you are already a registered member, please click “Login” to log in.
If you are not a member, please click “Proceed to member registration” or “Proceed with reservation.” Registering as a member will make it easier to make future reservations.

Enter your information
After entering the required information, click “Confirm input information.” Then, if there are no errors in the input information, click “Proceed to confirmation screen.”

Confirm reservation details
Please check the reservation details and fees, then select your payment method. After reading the notes, check the box and click “Book with these details.”

Reservation completed
We will automatically send you an email confirming your reservation, so please check if you have received it. Please watch the vehicle explanation video before visiting the store on the day of your visit.

STEP02
Start of rental
Items necessary for rental
- Japanese driver’s license or driver’s license valid in Japan and an international driver’s license The international driver’s license must conform to the Geneva Convention on Road Traffic on September 19, 1949, and the license stamp of the category of the vehicle permitted to be driven must be B or above. The international driver’s license is effective for one year from the date of issuance.
Or, a driver’s license issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Taiwan, Estonia, or Monaco (with a Japanese translation) - Passport (if you do not have a Japanese driver’s license)
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club can be used.)

Rendezvous at designated place
Come to the place of rental you designated when making a reservation at the designated time of the designated day.

Copying of driver’s license and/or passport and confirmation of the contract
The driver’s license, passport, and related documents of all the people who will drive the car will be copied.
Read the written confirmation, agreement, and other related documents and sign them if you agree to them.

Explanation of the car and confirmation of the contract
When an e-mail notifying you of the completion of your reservation is sent, a link to a page of videos explaining the type of the vehicle you will use will be also shown in the e-mail. Please take a look at these videos before using the vehicle.
Our staff will inspect and confirm the exterior and interior of the vehicle. If you find any damage to the vehicle, inform the staff immediately.
It will take about 30 minutes to one hour before departure to learn how to use the vehicle.
About child seat
You are obliged by the Road Traffic Law of Japan to use a child seat if you take a child five years old or younger. If you inform us in advance, you can rent a child seat at a shop of Rental Camping Car Osaka.
Up to two child seats can be installed in a car.
The borrower is responsible for properly installing and fixing a child safety seat or a child booster seat.
STEP03
End of rental and returning the vehicle
Return the vehicle with the fuel tank fully filled.
- When returning the vehicle, submit the bill for fuel.
- Our staff will check the vehicle together with you. Do not leave any private items inside the vehicle.
- You may be required to make an additional payment if such payment is needed.
- If you forget to fill the fuel tank, Rental Camping Car Osaka will require you to pay a certain amount of fuel price calculated on the basis of the travel distance.
- If the time of returning the vehicle is exceeded, a late charge will be required when you return the vehicle.

Rendezvous at designated place
Bring the vehicle to the place of return as designated when the reservation was made at the designated time and date of the designated day.

Checking of the vehicle
Our staff checks the vehicle together with you.
If any accessories are damaged, compensation will be charged when the vehicle is returned.
